Cherry angiomas: These benign skin lesions are called 'cherry angiomas' . These red spots are associated with pregnancy, 'hormones', aging and liver disease. See your physician/dermatologist for confirmation because sometimes a melanoma can present with various shades of red-black.

Unsure: cherry angiomas? Petechiae? These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
