Female Sexuality: Semen is a male fluid that supports the sperm that the testes make. Females are not males and they do not have testicle and do not produce sperm.

Vaginal discharge: I agree w dr. Killian. Females do have vaginal secretions. Normal secretions can be from clear to white with no odor, pain, redness or itching. The secretions do not contain sperm. Women's bodies don't make sperm. A woman's ovaries are designed to release an egg (very tiny, not like a chicken's egg). If you have secretions that have different colors, cause itching, redness or pain - see your dr.
