Seretide: It helps ones with breathing problems, being a steroid, such as asthma & copd. Common side-effects are headaches & irritation. Much less common ones are metabolic problems such as increase blood sugar.

Possibly: It does contain a steroid. There is usually no significant weight related effect. But some weight gain cannot be ruled out.
