Orgasm: Consult your gynecologist to rule any medical issues and if cleared consider seeing a clinical psychologist who specializes in sexuality issues. Many people cannot orgasm due to psychological issues. It is important for to find out what is interfering so you can establish a healthy sexual life. My best.

Not uncommon: Many women don't achieve vaginal orgasm but think they should. How much time is dedicated to quality foreplay? Most women have orgasms from clitoral stimulation - so it is important not to automatically expect to have orgasms from penile penetration alone. Have you and your partners experimented to see what feels best? Do you give your partner about what excites you & what doesn't?
