Possibly, but : Interactions with raspberry ketone have not been well-studied in humans. Structurally, raspberry ketone resembles synephrine, a known stimulant. So, you could have stimulant effects such as shaking -- which is also a possible effect of zoloft (sertraline). If you're taking zoloft (sertraline) for anxiety, please be aware that raspberry ketone could exacerbate this -- and it might not be a good idea to take it.

Raspberry placebo: There really isn't any evidence that raspberry ketone provides any type of health benefit to people. Even the animal studies require doses that are 100x higher than supplements. So the short answer is yes you can take raspberry ketone with sertraline. The better answer is that you should spend your money on real raspberries (fiber, micronutrients, taste great) as opposed to the supplement.
