Same as before: Most likely the symptoms will be the same as previous pregnancies: breast tenderness, nausea, fatigue. There is concern though that after a tubal ligation the pregnancy could be an ectopic pregnancy (in the tube). You should be seen early on in a pregnancy after a tubal ligation to confirm the pregnancy is in the right spot. Signs of an ectopic pregnancy are pain and bleeding.
