Yes: Any formulation of contraceptive pills is fine to use 'continuously' for endometriosis treatment. The progestin hormone acts ago help 'shrink' endometriosis lesions, and helps to control the symptoms of endo. The differences in how an individual reacts to(or feels on) any given pill formulation usually reflects effects of the dift progestin components and estrogen content.

Take OCP (Yasmin) for endometriosis/painful periods. Don't tolerate any OCP well. What would happen in I cut the tablet in 1/2 and took 1/2 daily? Any benefit to get a very very small dose of hormones?
