Need exam: Et puts you at risk for blood clots or bleeding episode- especially if platelet is not well controlled. It looks like your platelet is quite well controlled. To me, the back pain is less likely associated to the et- however you definitely will need to be examined to really know what is the cause of back pain. Go to see your doctor and get yourself checked.
