Numb hands and feet: The symptoms are either from compressing blood flow to your extremities or an early case of nerve deterioration (neuropathy). If symptoms are present in all positions, a neurology consultation is indicated. Discuss your complaints with a primary care physician to get and diagnosis and treatment options started.
