Just tell him: Most women have a few hpv strains on board. If he's worth having, it won't be a problem for your relationship. You may have gotten them from him, and if you've had unprotected sex, he's probably gotten it too. It's a cancer risk for an uncircumcised man and he'll have to keep tabs on himself, but he's an adult that that's not a problem.
