Which supplement should i take for hair loss and better brain function.

NONE?!!: There is little evidence that any supplement can appreciably affect hair loss or brain function leaving genuine vitamin deficiencies aside, most supplements are no better than a placebo!

Doctor Visit Needed: Ginkgo biloba is the most commonly referred to as a memory enhancer. If you are referring to male hair loss, this is due to the effect of dihydrotestosterone on hormonally sensitive hair follicles. Testosterone is converted to dihydrotestosterone which has an adverse effect on hair follicles in some men. For an over-the-counter medicine Minoxidil (rogaine) other options require a prescription.
