Normal: Total testosterone is made up of 3 components: testosterone bound to shbg, t bound to albumin, and free t. Your level will mostly depend upon the level of shbg and albumin. To diagnose low t you should have symptoms of low t (mostly low libido and sexual function) with low free or bioavailable t levels. Low normal total t levels mean nothing by itself. You are likely normal.

Yes: Super-macho young men don't run testosterone levels higher than other folks; their bodies respond more effectively to it. Why do you ask? I'm glad you're staying fit. If you're having erectile dysfunction and aren't getting excited with your favorite partner / images / thoughts, perhaps there's something else -- a prolactinoma is one concern.

Normal Yes, Health ?: Values you quote are within the "normal range". Keep in mind that the medical industry defines normal as average to include +/- 2sd (see http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/standard_deviation, i.e. The central 95.8% of common. What is very healty (which may quite abnormal) is another matter, commonly ignored. Testosterone, a derivative of cholesterol; just 1 of many aspects of internal response/control.
