Diet Frauds: This is a product. Like many that have come before, that will not lead to any real or sustained weight loss. It is a fraud.

Unknown: Although dr. Oz and oprah have talked about this new "metabolism booster", it's not a cure all. It's not fda approved, but some people swear by them. Again, this may be a fad.
