If baby is healthy,: growing & developing normally, most likely you go in, pick her up &/or feed her when she night-cries. Wean her to a cup. Set a regular bedtime & routine: read, soothe, brush her teeth & put her in her own crib in her own room drowsy, but awake, to learn to self-calm for sleep. When you consistently ignore night-crying, it increases at first, then stops. See HealthyChildren.org for graded ignoring.
