Not pregnant?: Is this first time period is so short? Look at previous months to determine if irregular. Otc testing kits can be inaccurate.

Pregnancy: Test tomorrow and see what it reveals. If negative, you may do serum pregnancy if you are sure the first one was positive to rule out possible miscarriage. Low levels of HCG would not be detectable in the urine but can be see in the blood.
