as a breastfeeding mother, what is the best treatment for melasma?

Dr. Charles Rocamboli

Patients: It may resolve with succession of breastfeeding so patients is the key. However, if it doesn't resolve then I have seen success with chemical peels. Vi-peel and cosmelan seem to work the best. Just remember you must be done breastfeeding to do the peels.
