Work out: If you do very extreme work outs meaning several hrs/day for 5 days/week you may suppress your cycle, especially if you lose 10% of your normal body weight. Other than that it is unusual to skip your period with routine work outs.

Probably not: Skipping a period from regular exercise alone is unlikely. Usually this occurs with more intense exercise or training.
