What was done: An episiotomy is completely healed in 3 to 4 weeks. A posterior repair heals in about the same time. Most women are having minimal pain from an episiotomy or from a pelvic support surgery buy 5 to 7 days post op. I don't know specificaly what procedure you are concerned with - if it is draining a large abscess, the recovery could certainly take longer.

Depends: It depends on how extensive a surgery was performed. It could heal in a few days, or larger surgery take a few weeks.
