Go to Dr.: Headaches may be caused by migraines, stress or tension, if associated to fever and neck stiffness may be meningitis, high blood pressure, intracraneal aneurysm, brain tumors and many things more. So it's better to be examined by a dr. Soonto review the whole history and physical exam.
