Same as before...: A woman pregnant with child number 10 is most likely at risk for the same things she was at risk for with child number 7, 8, and 9. If she is working a lot, surely she will be very tired. Her husband will be very tired, too, with 9 kids to take care of while she is working. When it's time to deliver, #10 may come out rather quickly, as #1 through #9 have sort of paved the way already.
