Apheresis: Is associated with less dizziness since they give you some of the blood volume back so you may feel a bit better vs whole blood donation.

Up to you: Depends on your time available and personal objective(s) with donating. Whole blood is separated into plasma, platelets & packed red blood cells, and is done every 56 days. Apheresis lets you pick the component part(s), plasma or platelets and can be done more frequently. We definitely need all options and regular donors help lots!
