SCARS OF ACNE: Tretinoin sometimes help the scars of acne by peeling the skin but if it is severe, the dermatologist can do dermabrasion.

Time: Control the acne & the post-inflammatory pigmentation will slowly evolve. Tretinoin will help. Use sunscreen in am. Your dermatologist may offer other meds. Bc pill might increase dark spots.
