Wrong system: While renal-urinary system issues may suggest reproductive issues (often structural), the one does not guarantee the other. Your urologist (or gyn for females) will need to do bloodwork (and possibly gyn->hsg) to look at architecture, hormone levels and then possibly a semen analysis to check motility/function.

Hypospadius: Uncorrected hypospadius can be a fertility issue depending how far back on the penis shaft the urethral opening is positioned. If it's on the glans penis ("head") it won't likely be an issue. I would recommend you get checked by a urologist.
