It may be viral: It coud be a urinary infectio, diverticulitis, an ovarian cyst or even an ectopc pregnancy. If it seems to be gradually improving you can try fluids and rest. If the pain is getting worse, a fever is present or yoy missed a period you should go in and be check soon.
