Please see your gyn: U can take otc Motrin if no contraindications, but u should see your gyn for an evaluation to make sure nothing bad is going on and for better treatment than the Motrin as there are many options depending on what the cause is, as there are medical and surgical options like endometrial ablation, or robotic hysterectomy.
