Seek help: It is not the act of binging and purging that you need to control.There is some underlying reason that you have to try and deal with. This can only be done with help from other people. Talk to someone that you trust about your life and what you feeling and try and unwind the driving agents.Doing this with a professional counselor will accelerate the process.You are damaging your body, seek help.

Binge eating: First, be easy on yourself if you can. Do not punish yourself. You need help and support with this. If the binging includes purging by vomiting or using diuretics or laxatives, it's more dangerous to you. You need your doctor's help to be sure your health is stable. You also need to work with a psychologist and psychiatrist who know eating d/o's. Overeaters anonymous is a good group too.
