Binge eating: First, be easy on yourself if you can. Do not punish yourself. You need help and support with this. If the binging includes purging by vomiting or using diuretics or laxatives, it's more dangerous to you. You need your doctor's help to be sure your health is stable. You also need to work with a psychologist and psychiatrist who know eating d/o's. Overeaters anonymous is a good group too.
