The best help is tx: If you are correct, the best help will be to star her in a therapy course with a good eating disorder professional. Then it will be really great if you can support the work they do and model healthy eating behavior whenever you spend time together. Don't try to be a therapist if you are not and even if you are, working with a relative or friend is often less effective than we'd hope.
