Uncommon: Hay fever or seasonal allergic reaction has symptoms of sneezing, nasal congestion, itching, runny nose. It is common to have eye itching/redness but rash is not common. The eczema rash called atopic dermatitis including keratosis pilaris is more common in persons with allergic rhinitis than those without allergies.
