Depends...: For most, the pain after uneventful circumcision is during the first 3 days, but managing such pain always starts out with preoperative counseling to stress realistic expectation including personal mental stability, pain tolerance, possible occasional unwanted bleeding or infection. Nevertheless, most do well in 1-2 weeks for expected pain and can resume sex in < 1 month anticipating sensitivity.
