Depends: On your age and condition . It is usually reported by%. For example a little baby you would want to be high, close to 100% and if sick not lower than 92% when ill and hospitalized. A normal person walking around is usually 96- 100%. If a person has a chronic lung condition lower percentages of oxygen are acceptable, down to about 88%.
