Have had triple digit readings on blood pressure for over a year. the lowest it has been ever is 140/90. taking meds. they don't seem to help.

Blood Pressure : Without more data such as the names of the medication you are on or have tried and their doses and the blood pressure numbers i would just have to say that if this was the best number you are getting it is time to try another approach. Perhaps a visit to a cardiologist or a second opinion is in order.
