July 1st: Suggest your partner abstains from sex or masturbation for 3 days prior. Have sex lying on your back with pillow under the hips & stay in same position for 20 -30 minutes after he ejaculates. Then no sex until you repat 3 days later. Then again 14 days after 1st day of next period, providing there is a next period. Good luck.

Conception: So, your period started on june 17, 2013. Today is august, 16. You mentioned 28 day cycle, so what about july? Did you have your period in july? If by chance, you meant your last period was in july, then you're due for one in august. If you get this one, then most likely you're not pregnant. If you missed one in july, do pregnancy test now. To improve your chance of conception - have sex 3x/week.
