Caffeine withdrawal: Caffeine withdrawal may last several days, but would not generally continue for a full month. I'm noticing you're also taking "herbal supplements" [not specified] and you do state valerian root. I wonder if any of these may be contributing to your symptoms? Please see your family doctor or a psychiatrist about these difficulties, since they sound complex and merit further investigation. Be well.
