Bartholin duct cyst?: It may be a Bartholin's duct cyst. This occurs when the opening to the duct is obstructed and the mucus produced by the gland builds up behind the obstruction. If it is painful, it may be a Bartholin's duct abscess or some other type of infection. It would be best to have it checked out by your primary care doctor or gynecologist.

Be seen: It sounds like a small inclusion cyst, but you should be seen for an exam and possible biopsy.
