? Phimosis: Does your foreskin retract easily or is it tight. Most penile problems in uncircumcised males are due ttight foreskin &/or frenulum. Makes cleaning under foreskin difficult & leads to accumulation of smegma. Latter causes irritation & balanitis or posthitis (inflammation of skin on glans & under foreskin. Tight foreskin also painful during or after sex. Worth checking with urologist. Good luck.
