Unlikely: The fallopian tubes are frequently cut, cauterized, clipped and separated and some sent for pathologic exam, as part of the tubal ligation procedure you requested and underwent. The gyn surgeon can share the operation reports and suggest reversal options.= microsurgical repair?

Fresh eggs: Years ago there were reports of tubes re-growing and natural pregnancy as a result. That is rare today with modern technique. A fertility dr could help you ovulate & harvest some eggs through a laparoscope. Your husbands sperm could be added to the eggs and the resulting embryos placed into your womb. Difficult & expensive but possible.
