Need to be seen: I recommend being seen and fully evaluated by your primary care provider. Though it is likely a urinary tract infection, it may be more. It is uncommon in young men .Either way, if infection, you will need a course of antibiotics. If not infected, a work up will need to be initiated. Any pain or trauma? History of stds? Tobacco use? Family history of bladder or kidney cancer or kidney stones.
