Could be..: Yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. Either one is very treatable. Is there associated fever or odor or abdomen/pelvic pain? Is this a new symptom? I would recommend seeing your primary care provider for an evaluation if not improved by otc monostat or if pain or fever associated.
