A member asked:

What is that clear liquid that cames out of a penis?

Precum: There is an outflow of clear, viscuous fluid ahead of the ejaculate which is felt to adjust the environment for the optimum survival of the spermatozoa to follow. Precum is not always free of sperm so keep this in mind depending upon your goal for sexual intercourse.

Several things: Clear liquid from the penis usually benign and coming from the prostate or ejaculatory ducts (seminal fluid). It can also be coming from and std, especially if unprotected was a precursor. A urethral test can detect and std if present and be treated with antibiotics if needed.
