Fm49 from last two months i am getting mensuration which goes on for 14 days. could this be sign of approaching menopause?

Maybe, but.....: What you describe is defined as dysfunctional uterine bleeding, or dub. Dub may be caused by approaching menopause, but it may also represent other abnormalities, and needs an evaluation by a gyn. Myou may need a endovaginal ultrasound and possibly an endometrial biopsy.
