She's also at risk for anemia, various cancers, heart disease including cardiomyopathy, infections, depression, hypertension, gout, seizures, pancreatitis, dementia, and neuropathy -- to name a few. If you're drinking like this also, the same applies.

Personally, it's not: Ok. Although she is or feels healthy, her liver may suffer and fail in the long run. Persuade her to have an annual exam to include liver function tests. Bottoms up! god bless u both!
