Rash: Hard to say. Could be scratches. Could be hive like rash, etc. If itches give Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for now and have it checked by your doc.

It usually shows up as swelling of a part of my lip in the mornings. Different parts on different days. The swelling usually subsides within a couple of hours. The rash is a raised pink/red welt - usually on hips or lower abdomen. Also in mornings
