Yes: There are no guarantees, but if you have regular 28 day cycles, you will most likely ovulate on day 14 (with first day of bleeding being counted as day 1). If you have regular cycles, simply subtract 14 from the average length of your cycle and that will be the day you are probably most fertile (for example: 30-14= day 16, 28-14= day 14) and so on.
