No: Normal, no. Common, yes. Women with anovulatory cycles (without producing eggs) have irregular cycle length--or miss periods. The most common cause of this is pcos, which is associated with being over weight, abnormal hair growth, and abnormalities of blood sugar. White discharge can be caused by many things, but high blood sugar is one of them.
