Progesterone: This could indicate a luteal phase Progesterone deficiency. I suggest seeing a holistic md and getting serum testing of your hormone levels during days #19-21 of your menstrual cycle to see if you have adequate Progesterone during that time. If you do not, you may benefit from supplemental Progesterone during the second half of your cycle.
