I'm 16 and i've barely hit puberty. could a lack of milk in my diet be the cause of this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: But calcium is certainly an essential nutrient and adequate intake is necessary for proper bone growth and development. Check w/pediatritian for further dietary advice and other calcium sources or supplements.
