Three ways: Make sure to brush gently w soft t'brush and your normal t'paste 2 full minutes by the clock before bed. Gently brush the top of your tongue or use a tongue scraper. Most important, floss daily. Brushing only get's rid of 2/3 of the b bacteria clinging to your teeth. If these suggestions are assiduously followed, and you still have a problem, see your Dentist.
