Just sore muscles.: Actually the pain could be a problem in your shoulder that maybe radiating into both places. Feel around your upper chest and back to find a super tender area. Apply constant pressure and if the pain get worse or goes away that is a trigger points which is a sore in the muscle. Heat, stretch and massage. Now...Get your mammogram and be seem by your primary doc. I like acupuncture!
