You: Are 47 yo and have never had anal sex. Why start it now? Risks are infection, irritation, and damage to the sphincter muscles. None of this is worth the risk. I suggest you avoid asal sex. If you must use a lot of water soluble lubricant and go slowly and dont be afraid to say it hurts too much and stop!
