Maybe: First, you should know that knee and wrist pain would arise from completely different parts of the spine (knee pain would arise from lumbar pathology, and wrist pain would arise from cervical pathology). If your pain is isolated to the joints, and is not radiating in nature, then i think it's unlikely to be spinal in origin, and may be isolated joint problems. See a physician if symptoms persist.
